Is that a real jellyfish?
Our jellyfish paperweights are all glass. Each is handmade by two glassblowers. Anyone that tells you otherwise are scammers. Real jellyfish would disintegrate as soon as it touches the molten glass.

What does the “No Direct Sunlight” label mean?
Similar to when direct sunlight shines through a magnifying glass, there is a possibility that such light is intensified and thus creates a heated beam of energy. Although we have been fortunate in avoiding such incidents, we are proactive in cautioning our consumers to avoid this potential hazard.

How long does it glow?
The length and strength of the glow feature depends on how long the item has been exposed to light, and the intensity of that light. Now, we have started to use what we call “Superglow”, which glows even brighter!

My item does not glow in the dark. Is it defective?
No, the energy absorbed and emitted (glow) by the items are a natural effect. Each glow in the dark item is made with phosphorus powders fused within the glass. There are certain colors that will make it harder to see the "glow" effect but every piece that is supposed to glow, will glow. Some items may require stronger lights and/or require complete darkness in order to see the glow.

How to get your jellyfish paperweight to glow in the dark?
- Place your jellyfish paperweight under a light or in a lighted room. Wait approx. 5-10 mins so that your jellyfish is able to absorb some light.
- Take your jellyfish paperweight into a dark room, or put it in a dark bag.
- Your jellyfish paperweight should be glowing now.

How do I check the status of my order?
You can quickly check the status of your order by clicking on the My Account link located at the top of every page on the site.
You will need your registered email address and password to check your order status.
When you place an order at DynastyGallery.com you will receive an order confirmation e-mail immediately that will include your order number and summary.
If you do not have your order number please refer to your e-mail confirmation or send us a message. We can also be reached toll free at 1-800-227-3344. Monday-Friday: 8:30am - 5:00pm PST.

How do I cancel my order?
You may contact our Customer Service 415-864-5084 to check the order status. If the order is ready to be shipped, it cannot be cancelled.
On occasion, we may need to cancel an order for any of the following reasons:
- An item will not ship within the original or reconfirmed availability window.
- An item becomes indefinitely backordered.
- There was a pricing or product information error with an item in your order.
- An item becomes discontinued.
- Rest assured that if we need to cancel an order no charges will be applied to your credit card. We will call and/or email you if an order will be cancelled.

Why can’t I order some of the items shown on DynastyGallery.com?
Occasionally, you’ll see merchandise that’s not available to be purchased online. These items may be out of stock or may require special handling. If you would like to place an order for one of these items, please contact us

How do I report damages?
Any damage or defective item claim must be
reported to us within 48 hours of delivery confirmation. In the event of either visible or concealed damage, please take photographs of the following: all merchandise damage AND pictures of the packaging (inner and outer). Dynasty Gallery will not process a replacement shipment without photographic documentation. In all cases of damage, please keep the original packaging and the damaged item(s) as they may be needed to substantiate a claim with the shipper. All items must be kept at the delivery location until further notified. We reserve the right to deny a damage claim in the event we are not notified within 48 hours of delivery.
